New Designer Session offerings

Come as you are as we co-create your healing journey in a safe environment! Your hour-long session may include any or all of these modalities:

• Trauma informed, body positive yoga (Hatha, Yin, Kundalini)

• Sound healing (Singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chanting)

• Reiki

• TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises)

• Aromatherapy and Essential Oil Treatment

Sessions are individual or semi-private. $45 for one session, $150/four sessions. Passes expire within six months of purchase. Cancellation within 12 hours will result in the loss of a session.
